Fithelia currently uses an anonymous app account rather than a user-created email and password account.
Request deletion by email
Use this action to start a deletion request. The email is prefilled with the information that helps support locate your anonymous account.

If available, include your Support ID or anonymous user ID from the app, approximate date of last use, device platform, and confirmation that you want your Fithelia account and associated data deleted.
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, meal photos, detailed medical information, private access codes, or government identity documents by default.
How requests are handled
Support may need limited additional information to locate and verify the anonymous account. Requests will be handled within a reasonable period and as required by applicable law.
Fithelia will delete or de-identify associated account/profile, meal-session, meal-photo, preference, feedback, and Meal Memory data unless retention is required by applicable law or needed for security or dispute handling.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting Fithelia data does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own policies.
