Scope
This policy explains how Fithelia handles information for the Fithelia Android app and related support requests. Fithelia is a personal AI food companion that provides everyday nutrition and wellness support.
Information Users Provide
Depending on how you use Fithelia, you may provide meal photos, dietary preferences, foods or ingredients you choose to avoid, food dislikes, meal goals, feedback, Meal Memories, and support communications.
Information Created Automatically
Fithelia currently uses Firebase anonymous authentication rather than user-created email and password accounts. The app may create an anonymous Firebase user identifier, authentication metadata, meal-session records, AI analysis results, premium entitlement or product status, and limited technical or error information produced by the services used to operate the app.
How Information Is Used
We use information to provide meal guidance, remember preferences and feedback, improve the relevance of future guidance for you, operate premium entitlement access, respond to support and privacy requests, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable obligations.
AI Processing
Meal photos and related context may be sent through Fithelia's backend to Google Gemini to generate meal analysis and guidance. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Fithelia does not claim that meal photos are used to train Fithelia or third-party models.
Service Providers
Fithelia uses Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase or Google Cloud Storage, Firebase Cloud Functions, Google Gemini, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat. Google Play and RevenueCat process subscription and purchase information. Fithelia does not receive full payment-card details from Google Play.
Storage and Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Information may be stored and processed by our service providers in locations outside your country or region.
Retention
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect it, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. Some transaction or compliance records may be retained when required, and Google Play or RevenueCat may maintain records under their own policies.
Deletion and Privacy Requests
You can request account and data deletion through the delete account and data page. We will delete or de-identify associated account/profile, meal-session, meal-photo, preference, feedback, and Meal Memory data unless retention is required by applicable law or needed for security or dispute handling.
User Rights Depending on Location
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain information. To make a request, contact support@fithelia.com.
Children's Privacy
Fithelia is not intended for children who cannot legally use the service without consent. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review the request.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy as Fithelia changes. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
