How Fithelia works

From your meal to your fit.

Fithelia starts with the meal you already chose. Snap it, type it, or say it. From there, Fithelia works out what is on the plate, whether anything useful may fit alongside it, and which options make the most sense for you.

Keep the meal. Find the fit. Make it personal.

01

Start however feels easiest.

Snap it. Type it. Say it.

Fithelia starts with your meal — then works out what may fit alongside it.

Photo

Snap the meal you're eating or planning to eat. Fithelia can use the image to understand what is on the plate and begin the meal-fit analysis.

Text

Describe the meal naturally in your own words, such as "Lentil soup with bread" or "Chicken and rice for dinner."

Voice

Say what you're eating instead of typing it. Voice input converts your spoken meal description into text and feeds the same meal-understanding flow.

You can also tell Fithelia useful context, such as:

  • extra hungry
  • eating late
  • limited time
  • eating at work
  • family meal
  • missing an ingredient
  • real-life constraint

However the meal enters Fithelia, the next step is the same: understand the meal before suggesting what might fit alongside it.

02

Before Fithelia suggests anything, it tries to understand the meal.

Meal analysis is not calorie logging. Fithelia uses AI-supported meal understanding to identify the food, main dish, meal structure and relevant characteristics of the meal. Then Fithelia's own meal-fit logic evaluates whether a meaningful addition may be useful.

AI helps Fithelia understand what is on the plate. Fithelia decides what that understanding means for the next food decision.

03

Not every meal needs fixing.

Fithelia preserves the meal first. It asks whether anything useful may fit alongside it. The answer could be a light addition, a more substantial complement, optional variety, or no addition at all.

And sometimes, the best fit is already on the plate.

Fithelia does not add food just because the app needs to return a suggestion.

04

Then the meal meets the person.

Same meal. Different person. Different fit.

05

Three ideas first. Three more when you want them.

Fithelia's recommendation system creates six distinct food options for the meal. The experience focuses first on three. If you want more variety, More ideas reveals the remaining three.

Ranking considers compatibility with the meal, restrictions, preferences, effort, context, personal signals. Suggestions use cautious judgment: something may fit, could work, or may be worth trying.

The result stays focused on practical ideas.

06

The decision stays with you.

  • choose the suggestion that sounds right
  • ignore suggestions
  • ask for more ideas
  • tell Fithelia when something does not appeal
  • give feedback about what worked

Fithelia should feel like support, not instructions.

From suggestion to recipe with Fithelia Chef.

When a recommendation sounds good, users can take that selected idea into Fithelia Chef. Fithelia Chef can create a practical recipe around the selected suggestion and meal context.

08

What happened next matters.

Fithelia can use what you selected, explicit feedback, whether the preparation worked for you, and later satiety outcome information to make later recommendations more personally relevant.

Personal history does not replace meal analysis. It calibrates it.

Your meal. Your moment. Your FIT.

Fithelia helps with the next decision — then gets out of the way.
